Let us do your dirty work for you… Sometimes it’s good to let someone else do the dirty work for you! Carbon Filtration Solutions are much more than just filtration specialists. We also offer a complete turnkey on-site carbon change-out service, removing all spent carbon and canisters.
If required we can offer advice in respect of an alternative carbon selection for your application, (on systems not supplied by Carbon Filtration Solutions).
We hold large stocks of different types of carbon to ensure a fast and efficient replacement service. All equipment used to carry out the carbon replacement is supplied, to carry operations in the most efficient and safest manner possible. Eg: industrial vacuum cleaners, lifting hoists, trailer tankers etc.
Our experienced service technicians wear the appropriate personal protection equipment,(PPE) dust masks, coveralls, safety footwear and safety glasses whilst servicing your needs. All hard-piped activated carbon systems are inspected before being refilled to make sure they are up to Carbon Filtration Solutions’ high safety standards.
Flame and Detonation Arresters:
Flame arresters have started to become mandatory in many refineries and chemical plants. They are primarily needed anytime the vapour being sent through a canister or scrubber contains a flammable gas (ie. hydrocarbons). In the extremely remote chance the carbon bed were to catch fire or explode, the flame arrester would stop the flame from making it back to the source tank via the vapour line. Flame and detonation arresters add another level of safety.
