Polypropylene Filter Housing is ideal for light-commercial applications for bulk particulate removal. with 2” BSP Inlet/Outlet Ports. Designed to suit a standard size 5 filter bag the strong, lightweight and economical filter vessel is resistant to a wide range of chemicals and converts easily from filter bag usage to carbon bag filters. It allows the user to choose the filter media and construction to precisely fit their particular needs.

Built for commercial and industrial applications bag filters are used for liquid filtration to remove particles. The particle suspension passes through, and the particles settle in the bag. Filtration occurs from inside to outside. The solids stay inside the bag. A metal or plastic cage (perforated basket) holds the bag in place during operation. The side inlet and bottom outlet ports are 50mm BSP-M allowing for high flow rates at low pressure drop.

Multi-bag filter housing features a davit device used to lift the filter cover. Bag filters have various configurations and materials of construction, yet the flow in this process is inside-to-outside. A bag filter normally has a connection for a high-pressure inlet on the top and filtrates exit at the sides and bottom. The solids stay inside the bag. A metal or plastic cage (perforated basket) holds the bag in place during operation. The dirt-holding capacity is an important parameter for the filter design.

Carbon Bags are available in either Size 2 to suit a standard housing or Size 5 to suit the HPP 100B plastic housing. also available an alternative bag filter with a greater carbon content, due to it being manually filled with loose carbon granules.Used for Water purification & reduction of cyanide, fluoride, chlorine, organic chloride, TCE, ions, microbes, bacteria, order, etc. Widely used in bottled water & beverage processing, liquor processing and pharmaceutical liquid de-colouring, Wastewater treatment & removal of heavy metals, inorganic/organic compounds & dyes.
