PureAir 100 Vapour – Odour Filter:
The PureAir vapour & odour filter series has been developed as a cost-effective means of controlling odours and toxic vapours in the industrial area. The most common applications of Activated Carbon Canisters are for the process of gases and tank vent odour control, either within the workplace or vented into the atmosphere.

ALC 50 Water Filtration Systems:
Our Water Canisters are prefabricated, ready-to-use, self-contained water treatment/purification units. The system is able to remove hazardous or toxic dissolved organics from wastewater streams, hazardous waste lagoons, hydrocarbons, surfactants and colour from effluent streams, making the water suitable for discharge or in some cases for re-use.

Odour Vent Filter:
This Activated carbon odour vent filter is a prefabricated low-cost, self-contained unit designed to adsorb hydrogen sulfide and all other unpleasant odours. Activated carbon vent filters are used to stop smelly gas from escaping from your domestic wastewater treatment system or domestic septic system.

Vent Pipe Filtration Warning:
Please note that if your plumbing pipes are installed correctly with no leaks our vent filter will work correctly. If you have any leaks in your plumbing pipes, using any vent filter will cause odours to bleed out your unsealed plumbing pipes.

Polypropylene Filter Bags:
Activated carbon filter bags range in size from 1 to 800 microns and are available to suit a variety of applications, The XL10 bag filter is typically used in applications requiring high flow rates, gross particle removal and low-pressure drop. Our standard filter housing accepts all major competitive brands of bags.

Activated Carbon Filter Bags:
Carbon filter bags have a high absorption rate, 180 times faster than extruded carbon blocks, with 100% carbon surface exposure. low velocity and longer liquid contact time with low-pressure drop. Each filter is made inside a 10-micron bag for additional sediment removal. The system is pre-assembled and as such is very convenient to use.

Carbon Saturation Indicators

The Breakthrough Indicators provide real-time indications of carbon absorbers and filter saturation to ensure safety in the workplace. The sorption media on top of the indicator sensor protects it from possible exposure to traces of hydrogen sulphide that might exist in the surrounding environment. We can now provide the world’s only GREEN CARBON to our existing and new customers, we strive to use Coconut shell carbon on all our projects “when possible” as Coconut shell carbon is a renewable raw material source.
GREEN CARBON is carbon produced from Coconut shells under the clean development mechanism (CDM) an instrument created on the guidelines under the Kyoto Protocol for the reduction of greenhouse gasses. (GHG)
